Coronavirus: The reign of the recent pandemic has already been found in our city, Ranchi. But you don’t need to bring any agitation in your mental health due to this.

Although the reign of Coronavirus is spreading in the countries, the fear of this COVID-19 is actually more than this pandemic.

Now, in this situation what should you do as a student?

With the same aspect, your institution, BITT Polytechnic College in Ranchi wishes you a safe and peaceful lockdown which has been commenced for 21 days as of now. For the same, we have brought some safety measures and precautions that you can follow to shut the door of coronavirus from allowing it to enter your immune system.

You should take a step forward to slow the spread of coronavirus. For this, you don’t need to step out of your home. In fact, staying at home is the only way through which you can play your role in halting this lethal virus.

This new virus found for the first time is very dangerous for humans that spread through social gatherings and has a symptom of cough, cold, fever, etc. Additionally, it takes up to 2-14 days to depict this virus within a human.

Hence, you must follow these guidelines to keep yourself safe:

  • Maintain self-isolation at your homes.
  • Don’t step out of your house at any cost. The Chief Minister of Jharkhand has already brought out ways through which you can get your necessities by sitting back at your home.
  • Maintain 3 feet distance from people who sneeze our coughs at your home.
  • Always carry your mask with you and don’t touch unnecessary stuff.
  • Wash your hands at least for 20 seconds with a hand-wash whenever you touch a thing.
  • Also, sanitize the dirt-imbedded tools of your house using gloves and sanitize your hand once you are done.
  • Avoid eating cold-foods which can make your immune system more prone to cold.
  • Don’t trust any myths or fake news rather stay updated with the proper data and reports.
  • Keep yourself calm and avoid taking any kind of stress.
